Am i being too cruel?

Ok, so i am one of those gals that is caught up in a strange relationship/friendship with a guy that i absolutely am not attracted to. Saddening thing is, this guy im pretty sure likes me-no i am not being conceited, i know he likes me for a fact. Anyway, i recently decided to cut him off, i figured there really is no point talking to him because when i finally do tell him im not interested, chances of me being accused of 'leading him on,' are pretty high...i've been told a million times by my friends that what comes around goes around, but i still think that the best thing for the both of us is to part ways...you see, i dont think he's interested in just being friends...and another thing, guys do this (cut girls off) all the time...why should i feel guilty??
