I would say as often as the directions on the medication says you can use it. If there are no directions, try calling the company or go to the website and see what they say on it. A pharmacist may know the answer to this question as well so if you can't find out by a phone call to the company or on the website, try asking a pharmacist or an ENT.There may be something else you can use if you have a set limit on how often to use the medication.
