Help a confused girl out?

If your coworker wasn't just trying to mess with you, believe me I know from experience that if you have even so much as a crush on another person in the work place, your coworkers WILL be able to pick it up and depending on what kind of person they are won't put it ped themself to use it against you. If he really did ask your coworker if you were attending and you've both never had so much as a full conversation than he is interested in you, trust me I'm a guy, guys always ask when they are interested. There is one possibility he would ask other than having an interest in you, and I'm not saying you did, but that woulkd be if he felt you were somewhat stalking him, for lack of a better word. Like really going out of your way to find and say hi to him but doesnt seem like thats the case. My advice to you is to approach him with absolute subtledty and casually ask him if he has plans after work or a day further on in the week and invite him to a bar or a group activity. Whatever you want to do wont really matter so thats your decision, just ask him like it doesn't even matter if he says no, and it shouldnt. Good luck
