Writing with my weakest hand?

Ok so I figure out that the best way to practice writing with your weak hand is doing kindergarten writing worksheets. Now when I was living in Venezuela there were worksheets for writing but instead of writing letters you kept doing some kind of weird circles that were connect. The mission of that is to get you to write faster. Is there anything like that here in United States? Do they have a name?
