mr. mcmahon WAS dead.But then he came back for the benoit tragedy then it turned out that chris benoit killed his family.so mr. mcmahon was like wtf i just payed a tribute to a murderer.so he didnt want to come back for a few weeks.Now he is coming back.Hope that helps you
