Creative note ideas for Valentine's Day?

Okay, so I've already decided that for Valentine's Day I am going to make my boyfriend cookies. I'm pretty sure that's a good idea because as they say, the way to a guy's heart is through his stomach. =D Anyways, I also have this giftbox that I want to fill with love notes. I'm also going to toss in some Hershey's Hugs & Kisses. My problem though, is that I need some creative ideas to put inside the notes. I have one that says "I love you" all the way down the page, another that tells the story of how I fell for him, and another that has one of our many inside jokes inside. I was wondering if anyone could possibly think of other creative and cute ideas. Thanks in advance!
