Hair cut help!!?

Tell the stylist that you want lots of layers but dont want the longest one any shorter then your shoulders and tell her where you want the shortest one to be. a style like that cant be achieved just by a cut, youll have to spend time blow drying it and styling it. try using a small round brush to flip out each of the layers at the different lengths, thats what i do with my layers. hope it turns out good!
