How do you invent something and bring the idea to market, without having capabilities to build it?

I have what I feel is an amazing idea for an invention. This Gadget/tool will require various kinds of electronic design/building, with major combination's of various systems. However, I have no training, knowledge, ability, or tools to do this sort of thing. How can I get someone who has all of that to work with me on an idea and I still get credit/compensation for the idea? I guess I would be the idea man/tester and someone else be the maker/builder.
