I just got HUGE virus oj my computer and I don't know what to do?

I literally got it like a few minutes ago. I'm pretty sure its a Trojan its restarted my computer, keeps giving me error messages and I'm unable to see any of my media. I really don't know what to do. I've always been so careful not to get these. I'm running Spybot Search & Destroy right now but I'm not sure it'll get it. Also it keeps popping up this "windows recovery" which obviously isn't real.
