Is my friend gay cuz he touched my d**k a few minutes ago?

k. so like thursday of last week our cl was outside sitting on some benches doing our work becuz it was earth day and he put his arm around me and then another kid said something and he took it off and it was all weird but we didn't talk about it. and then today i was talking to one of my friends (kris) between a cl and he said that i probobly kiss my other friend (mike) and i said that i did even thought i don't and then i went to that cl and me, kris and mike all have the same next cl so me and kris got there and a few sec. later mike got there kris told him what i said and then mike kinda look weird but didn't do anything. NOW a few minutes ago he came over to hang out then he left and he touched my di*k. and put his arm around me He puts his arm around me all the time. he seems more comfortible around me and more touchy. He gives me a look that no one else gives me and he gives no one else. Do u think he likes me? I cant tell him i like him and he cant tell me that he likes me. i ask him if he is and he says no but i can tell he is lying
